AIM Italia is the Borsa Italiana market structured tailor-made for SMEs with important growth projects.

The listing on AIM Italia represents the opportunity to grow the company and support the development of innovative business ideas through direct access to the stock market with a streamlined path.

Over the years, it has been a viable alternative to the banking channel that has led to new resources of more than 2 billion euros in the funds of SMEs, contributing to capitalizing on them and strengthening their growth. With the introduction of Individual Savings Plans (PIRs), a significant influx of new financial resources is expected to support SMEs in the medium to long term.

Law Budget 2018 introduced the tax credit on 50% of consultancy costs incurred for the IPO operation until December 31, 2020, with a total of 80 million euros in the three-year period 2019-2021. The law will have to be approved by Parliament by December 2017.

Through the platform, SMEs interested in listing may require verification of the existence of AIM Italia's admission requirements. Companies rated positively will be able to use the IR Top's IPO Advisory Team to be flanked in the listing path and prepare for a comparison with Investors.

The feasibility check service for the listing process on AIM Italia has two steps:

  • The first test through the PMI CAPITAL platform
